This hotel is equal to 3 stars. All was GREAT, including views and staff. It is in the heart of the city. Booked table at P&P, it's their onsite restaurant.
-
The room is awesome, and the staff is welcoming. Right by the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.
-
A magnificent position, perfect hotel, loyal staff. Room was an incredible value for money. The accommodation is in the centre of the town. Cathedrale Notre-Dame-Immaculee and other tourist destinations were situated within a walking distance of this place.
Nothing everything was great.
-
All we needed for overnight stay in Monte Carlo. Place du palais was within walking distance. Just next door the airport, 1 km.
-
Really enjoyed this place, it was very clean and had nice staff and location. We could see the city from our window. Huit et Demi, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel.
-
It's not far from the main places of interest and business center. In addition, I liked free WI-Fi.
Breakfast is poor
-
The only think good in this hotel is the location. Is near Monaco Regal Palace.
The room is not clean and everithing is "old" inside. Is rated three stars but two is too much.....The room is small the air condition doesn't work properly, the door is thin, you can hear everithing from outside. The price is hudge for this conditions

Absolutely nothing
First room they offered was dark, sombre and facing a dirty exterior wall - after some argument was relocated to a better room. The mini-bar contained a half empty bottle of sparkling wine which I was accused of having opened and drunk myself. The owners have spent a lot of money on the lobby and immediately visible facilities but looks like nothing has been spent on the accommodation in a long time. Really not a pleasnt place to stay unless you are really on a cheap budget and I dont think what I paid was that cheap.
-
Great value for the price. Cost included breakfast and internet access.
Walls were not very insulating, we could hear voices from the room next to ours.
-
Not a complaint but rather a comment. Upon my arrival on the 2 Dec. in the evening the gentleman at the reception desk was the most unfriendly, unsmiling hotel staff I have ever met! If he is to be in the business then it may pay to welcome his guests in a friendlier manner. Perhaps he was having a bad day but was rather disappointing.
-
The personnel at the reception were very friendly and willing to assist with our enquiries and requests
Broken plug with exposed wires in room.
-
the very nice hotel staff as well as the location.
unfortunatelz we did not have any view at all. The room was directly looking on the street and everybody was able to see in the room.
-
Excellent location if your looking to be near the Marina.
The TV in the rooms only have french channels
-
The location is good, but at first, somewhat incorrect of correlation with Gare de Monaco.
The room was clean, but there was hair in blanket of bed.
-
location from station.
staff was not able to confirm which was the closest access to the hotel from the railway station . took them 15 min to find out where was the iron board .not really helpfull .
